I have been using Steve for over Three years for various problems most of which are self inflicted, he has had a real challenge at times repairing different problems.

Just a quick note in thanking you on being patient and solving our networking problems. and on attending to our needs when we were overseas and had relief managers employed.

Also thank you on showing us "Go to my PC" as it a blessing when we were out of the country.

A lot of our programs are excel based programs with formulas and we developed a glitch which could not be fixed over the phone.

So we logged onto 'go to my pc" and accessed our works pc and adjusted the program and repaired the glitch.

We also accessed this program to check on bookings and accounts while we were sun baking by the pool.

Just a quick note of appreciation for the work Stephen has done for my business, GREAT LAKES TAX. He has been able to remove a virus that I had been told (after paying a rather large amount of money to another large computer repairer/technician business) that it was impossible to remove and "not to worry it is not really a virus".

I have circumstances that have made my situation quite difficult in that I connect directly with the Australian Tax Office and therefore have hidden security measures installed in my software. I also recently signed up with AAPT for broadband and was not not told that the modem does not support a network, all in all there were numerous variables that he should not have had to contend with, not to mention my frustration ........ In all this I found Stephen to be patient, professional and above all he GOT THE SYSTEM WORKING. He accommodated my business hours in that he came after hours and on weekends (including one Sunday) and I have no hesitation in recommending Stephen for all computer needs.
